Perform Tawaf:
The first ritual of Umrah is Tawaf, which involves circling the Kaaba seven times in an anticlockwise direction. Start at the Black Stone (Hajar al-Aswad), if possible, and say “Bismillah, Allahu Akbar” (In the name of Allah, Allah is the Greatest). It is recommended to perform Tawaf at a normal pace, if possible.
Engage in Sa'i:
After completing Tawaf, proceed to the hills of Safa and Marwa to perform Sa’i. This involves walking back and forth seven times between the two hills, emulating the actions of Hajar (wife of Prophet Ibrahim) in her search for water for her son Ismail. Start at Safa and end at Marwa. You can recite supplications and prayers during Sa’i.
Shave or trim hair :
